- Certificate of incorporation
- Shareholder register (issued within last 6 months if possible)
- Registry of corporate affairs confirming directors (issued within last 6 months if possible)
- A document confirming the ownership of the asset (vessel)
- Supporting documents for most common incoming and outgoing transactions (invoices and contracts)
- International passport of each ultimate beneficial owner (UBO)
- Proof of address of each UBO (such as utility bills not older than 6 months)
- A document confirming the source of wealth of the UBO such as bank statements/tax declaration or any other document
- International passport of each director
